Hello 911. Come Get Me. I’m Driving Drunk - The world is a crazy place nowadays and it’s pretty evident that some people have had it with the current state of affairs. You got wackos roaming the streets with machetes and serial killers burying bodies in their backyards. Even though you don’t really want to get involved for fear of vengeance from a perp, sometimes you just have to take a stand and call the authorities. If you have a peeping tom lurking around the neighborhood you call the local yocals. If there is a shady dealer selling dope in the alley you call in the County Mounties and their drug sniffing dogs. But, if you’re behind the wheel with a killer buzz do you call emergency services for a ride? You’re damn right you dont, but this drunk broad did.
Wisconsin deputies responded to a drunk driving report last Saturday and after investigating the call slapped a misdemeanor drunken driving charge on a woman with a blood-alcohol level double the legal limit to drive. The odd thing is that the woman was behind the wheel of her car when she called 911 to report herself for driving drunk. Yes, somebody was actually stupid enough to report themself for driving drunk. The call came into the 911 dispatcher like this: “I don’t want to smash my car or up blind side anybody or anything. During the call 911 the brain surgeon said she wanted to report a driver who was driving like a maniac and swerving all over the road. When the dispatcher asked if she could see the car of she was behind the driver she said, “Sort of. I am the one who’s blasted and driving all over the road.” She then followed the dispatcher’s advice to pull over. While she waited for the cops to come bust her she continued to tell the dispatcher that she had been “drinking all night long and smoked some weird guy’s pot, then she stole his money and his stash when he went to the restroom.” The woman is facing charges for DWI, possession of pot and for the sheer stupidity of calling the cops on herself for drunk driving. Why drink and drive when you can smoke and fly, on somebody else’s weed?
