Foxy Brown Pleads Out- Rap sensation Foxy Brown plead guilty to public menacing in a New York court yesterday and avoided jail based on time already served.  Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was charged over a fight with neighbor Arlene Raymond last July.  “Apparently Brown was playing the radio in her car too loud when the two had words and scuffled,” according to court documents (Music: Fox Brown Pleads Out).  As part of the plea deal, the 28-year-old rapper wrote a letter apologizing to Raymond and presented the letter to Justice John Walsh in a Brooklyn court on Thursday. The judge extended Raymond’s order of protection just for good measure.  Brown spent 7 months in jail for a case involving a fight with a Manhattan manicurist.  You go Foxy.  Don’t be taking any lip from player haters girl, even if it means doing a 7 month stint in the county clink.  Hate the game, not the player ladies.
